Chris Bishop - Show Notes

This episode Chris Bishop and I speak about his PhD and literature around the effect of asymmetries on performance. An area that is full of complexity but has lots of scope to impact practice in a range of sports. Chris is Currently the Programme Leader for the MSc Strength & Conditioning degree at the London Sports Institute, Middlesex University, London, UK. He is also the Chairman of the UK Strength & Conditioning Association.
