Louis Howe - Show Notes

In this episode Louis and I discuss his resarch around the impact of dorsiflexion range of motion and movement solutions in different tasks. We cover its importance, the screening process and intervention types. Louis is a Lecturer in Sports Therapy at Edge Hill University with a range of publications and some of his thoughts shared on his blog https://lhstrengthcoach.wordpress.com/
